EPC's are usually produced within 24 hours but can be available on the same day if required. We are here to ensure our clients get their HIP packs and EPC's without hassle to keep you stress free.
Fees are generally dependant on the size of the property, and are competitive within the industry, but can be subject to discounts by volume.
